Situated in the beautiful Parish of Deerness in east mainland Orkney, we are probably one of the few self-built distilleries in the UK. With the help of family, friends and neighbours we constructed the distillery right next to our home, no long commutes on our wintery mornings! Our Orkney gin and vodka is distilled in three beautiful copper stills; Walt, Zing and Matilda (we have Australian roots!) and alongside these we produce award winning coffee liqueur, a must for your next expresso martini!
