We bought an old bakery in Palmers Green to convert and use as an office Craft, during renovations and court case over the Bakery’s oven & chimney, we discovered that original Bakers made and old illicit Gin.

We tracked down the original recipe which has only 4 Botanicals and have resurrected the original brand and made it LEGAL. Each bottle is hand filled, hand labelled and wax sealed.
