Pembrokeshire Gin Co. was born in 2018 when business partners Charlotte and John collided by fate from completely different working backgrounds, they did have two things in common though; their mutual love of Tenby & Gin.
With two organic, hand foraged gins under our belt, and immense pride in our small batch gin selection, we continue to forage and explore our beautiful region for the next addition to our growing selection.
Using our own recipes, we work very closely with our distiller, with our first release being an incredible, earthy gin with botanicals including liquorice, fennel and cayenne pepper, producing a smooth, spicy and earthy gin. After the huge success of the first gin, and after a sell out private launch party, we decided to work with a new and exciting distiller creating our hand foraged Welsh rosemary gin, a soft and light gin with four citrus peels.

We ensure that the origin of all of our speciality gins have their roots firmly planted in Wales, using locally sourced botanicals wherever possible, ensuring a true taste of not only Wales, but the jewel in Wales' crown - Tenby!
