Skylark Distillery is an independent small craft distillery in South Cornwall . We are fortunate to operate from a traditional Cornish barn surrounded by the botanicals which help to make Lantic Gin unique.

We began the journey with a traditional two litre copper still, an open mind and a self taught process. We researched different distilling techniques, experimented with locally foraged botanicals, and fined tuned our Lantic Gin recipe over many months.

Lantic Gin is hand crafted using nine carefully selected traditional botanicals and infused with six locally foraged botanicals indigenous to the Cornish Coast, and blended with fresh Cornish spring water.

These floral botanicals are responsibly hand foraged from within walking distance of the distillery and then carefully prepared and measured.
