At Pilgrim’s gin, we wanted to create a taste experience as unique and rewarding as a pilgrim’s journey.  We have taken the savoury, earthy notes of juniper, coriander, and angelica, complimented them with the sweet, acidic flavour of grapefruit and added an interesting twist of liquorice.

Our gin is then refined with Scottish spring water, which is naturally sourced and drawn from a sustainable spring, and lovingly blended with blackcurrant to create an interesting and exquisite taste.

A fascinating characteristic of Pilgrim’s Original Gin, is at lower temperatures, we go cloudy!!! This is due to the high concentration of natural citrus botanicals that give Pilgrim’s Original its unique taste.
