Madame Jennifer Distillery is a small urban distillery located in Hove, East Sussex, immediately west of its larger neighbour Brighton. The distillery is located in Poets' Corner, a quaint part of town where the streets are named after famous poets.

Hove, like gin, has become more refined since the 18th century, when it was described by John Warburton as a “ruinous village”. Laurence Olivier is quoted as the origin of the phrase “Hove, actually”, a humorous reply by residents when asked if they live in Brighton.

Hidden between the rows of Victorian terraced houses ubiquitous with Poets' Corner, our beautiful little distillery is built in a small commercial building that was previously a coffin manufacturer. We have the pleasure of sharing the space with a range of exciting artistic and independent businesses.
