Stirling Gin is a family orientated business that brings somehing unique to the world of Gin. Originally made in a 2.4L still in our kitchen, our Gin is not produced in Stirling's first legal distillery. 6 beautiful botanicals are poured into every bottle, which incluide juniper, angelica root, orange, lemon, basil and our most unusual botanical, Stirlingshire nettles. Our spirit has a fresh, green nose quickly followed by a hit of citrus peel. This first taste of this unique gin gives wasy to bold spicy flavours. All our spirits are distilled in our newly-opened  distillery at the foot of Stirling Castle. Our original Stirling Gin forms the base to all our Scottish gins. Battle Strength sits at 55% and is inspired by the famous battle of Stirling Bridge. Completing our current range of products are the characterful  Folklore Collection gin liqueurs, based on the dark and mysterious tales of the Green Lady ghost and the murderous Red Cap goblin. We have also recently launched our new liqueur, Tropical Triumph which has proved to be very popular.
