Brewing beer came to an end in 1967 and the Bullards brand became something of the past, but, in 2015 the brand was resurrected to focus on an alternative beverage market with the production of handcrafted artisan gin.
Our distilling journey began in the back of The X Bells pub on St Benedicts in Norwich and in January 2019 we moved into our new bespoke distillery housed in the Iconic Crystal House building in Norwich, we are the only gin company to distill and bottle in the city.
With 3 gins currently in production, a London Dry, Strawberry and Black Pepper and an Old Tom Gin, we are now an award winning distillery gaining international acclaim, beating off tough competition for our London Dry Gin to win Best London Dry in the world in 2017 at the World Gin Awards. Most recently we have been awarded 2 great taste awards and silver and bronze at the international wine and spirit competition.
