Wild Fox Distillery is the brain child ofLancashire farmers & Foodies; Rob & Lizzie Billington. Their bespoke made copper still, Ivy, is star of the show in their on-farm distillery in the small hamlet of Inglewhite nestled in the beautiful countryside of Lancashire. Putting Lizzie’s skills within food development to good use the duo have now created 5 totally unique Gins using botanicals grown and harvested from their farm and the purest water from their own bore hole. Each bottle represents the fruitful rich land surrounding the farm to give you, our customers, a quality tipple, from our farm to your glass.
