SUSTAINABILITY STARTS AT HOLME’S FARM - All of the raw materials that go into making our spirits either come directly from our farm or are locally sourced. Our natural spring delivers fresh spring water to the distillery which is used in the distillation of our spirits and for cooling our still ‘Maggie’. To give our spirits their award-winning taste, we use sustainably and ethically sourced botanicals from the UK and across the world.

CARING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT - Making the most of the natural resources we have on the farm is a good start but we’ve also made other commitments, putting all waste materials to good use. We heat our still with renewable energy biomass boilers and recycle our bottles, or re-use them by turning them into candle jars. Our cows are fed the spent grains from the distilling process and our pigs simply love tucking in to the delicious used garnishes from the bar!
